We regret to inform you that personalised gifts are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Due to the unique and customised nature of these products, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. If you receive a personalised gift with a defect or incorrect personalisation, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or replacement.
